These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at [www.HiSnaps.com and/or www.Hi-Snaps.com] (the "Site"), and your purchase of our products ("Products"). These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. By accessing and/or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time.
• Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Territory: We currently ship to U.S. states where the sale of hemp-derived THC is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure your order complies with local laws. Shipping rates and delivery times are provided at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we believe the destination is in a jurisdiction where our Products may not legally be shipped.
• Delivery: Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage subscriptions via your account.

All disputes shall be resolved via final and binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not as a class or representative action. Small claims court use remains available if applicable.
