Subscription & Cancellation Policy

 

Hi Snaps offers a flexible subscription option designed to keep your favorite drink boosters stocked and ready when you are. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, how to manage them, and what to expect regarding billing, changes, and cancellations.

 

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select—options may include delivery every 15, 30, 60, or 90 days.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at the time of each renewal. You’ll be notified once your order has shipped and will receive tracking information just like any regular purchase.

 

2. Subscription Minimum & Modifications

All subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) billing cycles. After your second order, you may pause, skip, or cancel at any time.

You’ll be able to manage your subscription—including changing frequency, pausing upcoming shipments, updating your payment method, or canceling entirely—via your customer portal (link provided in your order confirmation email).

3. Cancellations & Cut-Off Timing

You may cancel your subscription any time after your second charge and before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

Cancellations requested after a renewal has been processed will apply to the next cycle. We do not issue refunds for renewals that have already been charged but not yet shipped.

 

4. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we’ll attempt to charge the card up to three (3) times over a 7-day period. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically paused.

You’ll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method before your subscription can resume.

 

5. Shipping & Fees

Shipping fees for subscription orders will follow the same rules as one-time purchases and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

If we later offer cart-based free shipping or volume discounts, those may apply automatically to subscription orders that meet the requirements.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

All subscriptions are covered by our standard Refund & Return Policy, which means we do not offer refunds unless items arrive damaged or are missing.

To report an issue with a subscription delivery, email us at hi@hisnaps.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update our subscription structure, pricing, billing process, or management tools at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or on this page. By continuing your subscription, you agree to any updated terms.
