If you get a message saying your order couldn’t be completed, the most common reason is a tiny typo in the card info. It happens to literally all of us (especially during excited late-night shopping).
Before trying again, double-check these three things:
- Zip Code matches your current billing address.
- CVV is correct (3 digits on the back of your Visa/MC, 4 digits on the front of your Amex) is correct
- Card Number + Expiration Date are typed in exactly as shown.
Our payment processor is extra strict because we’re selling a 21+ product — even one digit can throw it off its game. And if you try too many times, your bank may block the charge because they think it’s fraud. Type it in slowly, take a deep breath, maybe take a Snap (jk ... unless), and you should be good to go.
