At Hi Snaps, we’re committed to fast, reliable delivery of your order. This Shipping Policy outlines our current practices for fulfillment, shipping timelines, tracking, and geographic restrictions.
1. Order Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Orders placed after 1 PM EST will likely begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, order processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently offer standard shipping only. Most orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather, or other unforeseen delays. Hi-Snaps is not responsible for delays once an order is in the carrier’s possession.
3. Shipping Eligibility
We currently ship to most U.S. states. However, due to local regulations surrounding hemp-derived THC, we are unable to ship to:
- Arkansas
- California
- Idaho
- Kansas
- Minnesota
- Missouri
- New Hampshire
- Oregon
- Indiana (status under review; shipping currently restricted)
- Rhode Island
Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled and refunded without notice. Please confirm your local laws before purchasing.
4. PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes. However, if future shipping changes require a non-PO Box address, our team may reach out for an alternative.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear, depending on carrier systems.
Note: Some carriers—especially USPS—may mark a package as “Delivered” before it physically arrives. Hi-Snaps packets are small and may be tucked into mailboxes, drop zones, or with neighbors. If your tracking appears unusual, follow the steps in Section 10.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
To update your shipping address or modify your order after checkout, please contact hi@hisnaps.com immediately.
We process orders quickly—often within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting.
7. Shipping Fees
All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and any optional services (e.g., package protection) selected during the checkout process.
8. Holiday Closures & Delays
Orders placed during U.S. national holidays or peak volume periods may require additional processing time. Any known delays will be communicated via our website or order confirmation email.
9. Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once your order has been processed, shipped, and a tracking number provided, Hi Snaps is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:
- Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark deliveries prematurely.
- Check mailboxes, building mailrooms, parcel lockers, shared drop zones, or with neighbors—Hi Snaps packets are compact and easily overlooked.
- Still missing? Contact us at hi@hisnaps.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
To qualify for resolution support, you must:
- Provide your order number and tracking link
- Submit confirmation that a Missing Mail Claim has been filed with the carrier
If Package Protection was purchased at checkout, we may issue a replacement or store credit after reviewing your claim. If Package Protection was not selected, replacements are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to assist.
We reserve the right to modify shipping methods, carriers, or geographic eligibility at any time without notice. While we aim for a smooth delivery experience, carrier-related issues can occur. If they do, our team will do its best to assist.
